Pawanmuktasana Series 3
Pawanmuktasana Series III eliminates energy blockages in the spine, activate the lungs and heart, and improve endocrine function; the asanas in this series focus on improving the energy flow within the body and breaking down neuro-muscular knots. If you are in good health, fit and fine, you can start practising Pawanmuktasana Series III. Women experiencing menstrual problem, people with reduced vitality and a stiff back will much benefit from this practice. This asana series favours retoning the flaccid muscles in post-natal condition; this series is pretty useful in toning the pelvic organs and muscles.
With regular practice of Pawanmuktasana series III asanas, you can make the shoulder muscles and spinal cord flexible. The asanas in this series remove energy blockages and eliminate the stiffness of muscles. Additionally, these asanas charge the lungs and heart and invigorate the endocrine functions. If you are have trouble in the genital organs or suffering from early ejaculation or weakness; practice these asanas on regular basis to experience the advantages.
Do not practice Pawanmuktasana Series III if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, leg injury or abdominal surgery. Also take care to observe the contra-indications given for individual practices. If you are pregnant and in second or third trimester, don’t practice this series.
